I called on a Sunday, they were here 45 minutes later. I needed the works my old a/c unit was dead. I was given several choices on different types of units. WOW .......I am now in a COLD house.... TriedNtrue have been our go to service techs since we moved into our home three years ago. The unit we had was old and struggled to keep our house cool. It seemed to go out at the most inconvenient times but TriedNtrue were always quick to respond and get it going again. They told me my system was getting close to an eventual total failure but never pressured me to replace the entire unit. I decided to go ahead and get a new unit installed. They came today and replaced the old equipment with new in just a few hours. The crew were all very professional and kept me informed of progress as they were working through the install. They did a great job with the install and I know the new unit is already cooling much better than the old. Highly recommend them for fixing simple issues all the way through a complete unit replacement.
